The Artist
David Palmer
Pinstripe & Custom Lettering
The Story
David Palmer has been pulling a brush across metal for over twenty years. What started as a weekend obsession in a Phoenix garage became a full-time craft — one line at a time.
Trained in the old-school tradition, David learned from artists who believed the brush never lies. No stencils. No shortcuts. Every stripe, every letter, every flourish is drawn freehand.
Today he works out of the Phoenix area, taking on classic cars, hot rods, motorcycles, and golf carts for clients who want something that can't be printed or cut from vinyl.
The Philosophy
The line either has it or it doesn't. You feel it before you see it.
The Craft
Pinstripe
Single and double-line work, scrolls, and panel accents. The foundation of every custom build.
Custom Lettering
Hand-painted names, numbers, and signage. Old-school block, script, and shadow styles.
Freehand Art
Flames, murals, and one-off artwork. No two pieces alike.
